Math.NET SignalProcessing: Neodym - Frequently Asked Questions

I'll build this page as soon as the first questions arrive...

What's the meaning of 'Neodym'?

Neodym is a silvery-white rare earth metal - a chemical element with symbol Nd and atomic number 60. Check out Wikipedia for details. All Math.NET packages (or rather their major releases) are now labeled with a special chemical element as a codename, basically to simplify communication - Neodym is the codename of this package.
